What is an ASA Designation?
Thursday Nov 30th, 2017Share
An ASA designation is earned by a Realtor who has over 3 years experience in the real estate industry and has completed the Accredited Senior Agent course. This course is meant to prepare Realtor's to properly help their clients who are 50+. An ASA designated Realtor is prepared to help with everything from getting the house ready for sale, coordinating third party contractors, preparing options for your next home and everything in between. An ASA agent is knowledgeable and experienced enough to help you and your family make the best decisions for you. Although many real estate transactions have their own obstacles, those who are moving later in life have a few in particular. Not only can there be emotional, financial and physical factors for seniors moving, there can be health and family concerns as well. Knowledge and experience in the market, in particular senior's options is priceless. Having an ASA designated Realtor can make all the difference if you or a loved one are making the decision to move later in life.
Cathy has had her ASA designation for over 5 years and has helped many mature clients in their real estate endeavours.
